Stir Fry French Beans Chinese Style | It’s easy, tasty and should be on family dinner tonight!

Yield: 2-3 persons

Ingredients :

300g French beans, cut into 2cm length

2 tbsp cooking oil

6 cloves of garlic, minced

1 Chinese sausage/lap Cheong, slice thinly

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp water, or more when necessary

1/2 tsp sesame oil

Method:

1. Steam Chinese sausage for 10 mins. Remove and put aside.

2. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil to a wok.

3. Add minced garlic and cook until garlic turns slightly brown.

4. Add french beans, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp of water. Cook until french beans turn bright green or until you get to the texture that you like.

5. If you keep cooking for a longer time, make sure to add 1 tbsp water at a time until the french beans are cooked.

6. Add the steamed Chinese sausage and keep cooking for another 1-2 mins.

7. Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and give a quick stir and you’re done!
