The sauce of Steamed Spare Ribs With Black Beans is delicious, infused with Black Bean, soy sauce, oyster sauce and other seasonings.Whenever we cook this dish, my family will demand to have more rice to go with it.
This Steamed Spare Ribs With Black Beans have so much in depth flavour, and if you used a good quality Shaoxing Wine, you’d taste the aromatic flavour of the dish.
If you’re not a fan of garlic, you can omit the fried garlic and only take the infused garlic oil. In the same time, if spiciness is not your thing, you can skip this as well, But just because I’m Malaysian and we take our food spicy, I can’t help to put more.
