In my humble opinion, this steamed pork ribs with black beans is much better than the one you are having during dim sum.

Besides, it is so easy to make at home.

Steamed Pork Ribs With Black Beans

Serves: 3-4 person

Ingredients:

Fried Garlic and garlic oil:
5 cloves garlic, minced
1.50 tbsp cooking oil

600g spare ribs
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp Black Bean
Add 30ml water
1 tbsp Tapioca Flour.
2 tsp Garlic oil

Garnishing:
Chopped Spring Onion
1 Small Red Chili, chopped
Fried garlic

Method:
1. Marinate the pork ribs with these ingredients.
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp Tapioca Flour.
Add 30ml water
2 tsp Garlic oil
1 tbsp Black Bean

Marinate for at least 1 hour.

2. Steam the pork ribs for 30-40 minutes.

3. Once it has done, garnish with chopped spring onion, small red chilli, fried garlic and garlic oil.
