Steam Minced Pork is a family recipe that gets passed down to me. My mom excellent in making this dish and I can’t help to learn the recipe from her.
I don’t know why we never order this dish when eating out. Maybe because I don’t think they can beat my mother version or rather I prefer and satisfy enough with mom’s version.
We love to give a kick to the steamed minced pork with a little bit of dried cuttlefish. It just brings out the best of this dish. Some might put some salted fish, which is good too.
To mince the pork, we usually used a cleaver which you’ll get the best texture of the pork. But, at times when we’re lazy, we will just use a blender. Blender will save lots of times but do not over do it!. Once it smooth then you should stop. It takes about 15-20 seconds to get it smooth, yeah! That’s fast.
So, today my mom is helping me creating this dish, and I hope you’ll enjoy the video.
Happy cooking!
