A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon AjiDo Teriyaki Sauce (Bonito) on Shopee.
I was surveying the ingredients to make some Japanese food at home, because oh boy, it’s been a very long time since I have decent Japanese food.
So, I was really looking for a good and quality Teriyaki sauce. And I stumbled a few of the teriyaki sauce brand, but this brand AjiDo Teriyaki Sauce is the one I am attracted to.
It’s like, keeps calling me to buy (chuckles), and the packaging label is more appealing to my eyes.
There are two types of Teriyaki sauce under AjiDo, one is original, and another is with Bonito flavour.
So, I was intrigued to try the Teriyaki sauce with Bonito flavour. I bought it, and it arrived a couple of days later. By the way, the price is RM13.90.
The sauce is slightly thick compared to the usual kind of teriyaki sauce, and it is on the sweet side but with a punch of Bonito favour. Oh, I love it!
When it arrived, I quickly try it on fresh Salmon, Unagi and chicken chop.
Oh my god! It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, or we call it SHIOK in Malaysia!
Since then, I used it for any Roasted Japanese kind of dishes. I haven’t tried it on Yakitori, but I think it will taste marvellous too.
