Thank you to the internet world for this delicious breakfast oatmeal recipes. To be honest, i never a big fan of oatmeal until i discovered the benefit and awesome recipes online. If you are like old me, not a fan either. You should at least try to love oatmeal.

Oatmeal has powerful assistant to your heart and cholesterol level. Nowadays, with
lots of food causes high in cholesterol, like egg yolk, seafood,red meat etc… you
might want to compensate your body with oat.

I ate oat almost every single day, if not at least 5-6 times a week. It become our daily
routine. I have so many recipes on oatmeal that i would want to share, but today let’s
focus on our Overnight Oats recipe.

This recipe can’t be easier. No cooking involved. I love how simple this is. The
topping can be anything, unlimited choices, but i’m showing my favourite topping.

Blueberries Chocolate Pecan Oatmeal
Ingredients:
Fill up 1/3 jar of Oats
( better to use rolled oats or cooking oats) -But i do not have those in hand, i’m using
instant oat instead.
200ml low fat milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt or any yogurt you like
2 tbsp chia seed
1 cup of blueberries
Some Pecan
Some Chocolate chips

Method :
1. Fill up 1/3 jar of Oats.
2. Add 2 tbsp chia seed.
3. Add 2 tbsp yogurt.
4. Add 200 ml low fat milk
5. Add 1 cup of bluberries.
6. Top with Any nuts, in my case pecan nut and chocolate chips.
7. Put in the fridge and shall be ready next morning.
Honey Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
Fill up 1/3 jar of Oats
( better to use rolled oats or cooking oats) -But i do not have those in hand, i’m using
instant oat instead.
200ml low fat milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt or any yogurt you like
2 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp honey
1 banana, sliced
Some Pecan
Some Chocolate chips

Method :
1. Fill up 1/3 jar of Oats.
2. Add 2 tbsp chia seed.
3. Add 2 tbsp yogurt.
4. Add 200 ml low fat milk
5. 1 sliced Banana
6. Top with Chocolate chips & Pecan Nut.
7. Drizzle with some honey.
8. Put in the fridge and shall be ready next morning.
