Maggi Goreng Mamak | Maggi Goreng Sedap| Maggi Goreng Recipe | How To Cook Fried Instant Noodles

Yield : 2-3pax

Ingredients :
3 packets of Maggi Curry, just the noodle ( 3 paket maggi goreng )
1 packet of Maggi Curry seasoning ( 1/2 paket perasa maggi kari)
100g ChoY Sam, cut into 5cm length ( 100g sawi dipotong 5cm)
3 cloves garlic ( 3 ulas bawang putih, dihiris halus)
1 onion, thinly sliced ( 1 bawang besar dipotong halus)
280g (1 pc) chicken breast ( 280g daging ayam, bahagian dada)
150g cabbage, sliced thinly ( 150g kobis dihiris halus)
2 eggs ( 2 biji telur)
3 tbsp cooking oil ( 3 sudu besar minyak masak)
1 tsp cooking oil to fry the eggs ( 1 sudu kecil minyak masak untuk goreng telur)
some water when needed ( sedikit air, jika perlu)

To cook Maggi noodle: Untuk masak maggi
2-litre water (2-liter air)

Sauce Mixture: Campuran Sos
1 tbsp chili sauce ( 1 sudu besar cili sauce)
1 tsp oyster sauce ( 1 sudu kecil sos tiram)
1 tbsp tomato sauce ( 1 sudu besar sos tomato)
1 tbsp soy sauce ( 1 sudu besar kicap masin)
1 tbsp sweet sauce (1 sudu besar kicap manis)

Marinate chicken with:- Perap ayam dengan
1 tsp oyster sauce ( 1 sudu kecil sos tiram)
1/8 tsp baking soda ( 1/8 sudu kecil Serbuk baking soda)

Method:

1. Cut chicken breast in small cubes and marinate with 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.

2. Trim and discard the thick base of the choy sam and cut the stems in 5 cm length. Wash and drain well.

3. Slice thinly cabbage & onion.

4. Crack two eggs in a bowl.

5. Combined all the sauce ingredients.

6. Heat up a pot or pan with 2 litre water. Let it comes to a boil.

7. Put in the Maggi Noodles. Cooked the Maggi Noodle for about 2 minutes. Once it starts to soften, drain and wash a couple of times. Then set aside.

8. Heat up a wok and 3 tbsp cooking oil.

9. Add Onion & cook for another 30 seconds before add garlic. Cook for another 30 seconds and add chicken meat.

10. Cook chicken cubes until slightly browning.

11. Add cabbage and choy sam’s stem. Stir fry for another 1 min or until the vegetable soften. Throw in the balance choy sam.

12. Add the Maggi Noodle and loosen the noodle.

13. Next, add the combined sauce & 1 packet Maggi Curry Seasoning and mix well with the noodle.

14. Move the noodle to one side. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and pour in the 2 eggs. Spread well and wait for 15 seconds before flip the eggs and noodle together.

15. Cook for another 10 seconds and Maggi Goreng is ready to eat!

16. Serve with 2 tbsp of chili sauce Maggi for better taste. If you like, you can squeeze 1-2 calamansi lime on the noodle and mix well.
