This week video, I’m making Fried Bee Hoon. I love Fried Bee or Mee Hoon, I make this all the times for breakfast or even for lunch. It’s really going well on its own or with Malaysian curry chicken which I have a recipe on my channel.

There is so many version of this Fried Bee Hoon, everyone cooks it differently. But, this is just how my dad taught me. I like to remain the Bee Hoon long consistency after fried instead of breaking the noodle down.

I hope you love my version of Fried Bee Hoon and please try it at home.

Happy Cooking!
