This simple, easy egg fried rice is a no-brainer dishes take can be made in less than 5 minutes.

Serve : 2 person

250g overnight rice
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 cup chopped spring onion
2 TB cooking oil

1.50 TB oyster sauce
1 TB soy sauce
A few dashes white pepper

* TB : tablespoon

1. Heat a wok or pan over high heat, add 2 TB cooking oil and pour beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs and move aside.

2. Add 250g overnight rice and breakdown the rice and mix it with the eggs.

3. Add 1 TB soy sauce, 1.50 TB oyster sauce and some white pepper.

4. Occasionally, push down and flatten the rice to eliminate the moisture.

5. Add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped spring onion and stir well.

And it’s done! Enjoy!!
