Good Morning! Easy Pizza wrap for breakfast—just a simple breakfast from my kitchen. No fuss, No frills.

Easy Pizza Wrap

Ingredients:

1 x Gardenia wrap

1 tbsp tomato sauce

Two eggs

Some Onion slices

A few cherry tomatoes, cut into halves.

salt and pepper

mozzarella cheese

dried parsley

Method:

  1. Using an 8-inch non-stick pizza tray, throw in the gardenia wrap.
  2. Spread with 1 tbsp tomato sauce.
  3. Add two eggs, tomato cherries, salt and pepper, mozzarella cheese and dried parsley.
  4. Bake in an oven with temperature 190c for 15 to 20 min or until the egg set.
