Easy Pizza Wrap
Ingredients:
1 x Gardenia wrap
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Two eggs
Some Onion slices
A few cherry tomatoes, cut into halves.
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese
dried parsley
Method:
- Using an 8-inch non-stick pizza tray, throw in the gardenia wrap.
- Spread with 1 tbsp tomato sauce.
- Add two eggs, tomato cherries, salt and pepper, mozzarella cheese and dried parsley.
- Bake in an oven with temperature 190c for 15 to 20 min or until the egg set.
