Good Morning folks!I always love to say good morning to people and it makes me feel so much good and positive inside. So, this week is a very crazy week for me because we have so much things to do. It’s just those busy week David and i have. Still we’re trying to eat healthy.
Woke up this morning and in the craving of my super power bowl. This power bowl is always my favourite when i need some energy in the morning.
I used to kick start my day with Malaysian’s style breakfast like nasi lemak, chinese noodle or even roti canai. Yeah… i know how unhealthy this was. But, things has been changing. It’s no longer my routine. The most i had, might be those chinese noodle like Wan Tan Mee or Pan Mee not on regular basis.
We, Malaysian always love our breakfast and we do have rice for breakfast. My hometown is Kelantan. If you go to typical Kelantanese shop for breakfast, you will find lots of delicious rice for breakfast and the one that hard for you to say No to.
As i’m getting older, i’m trying to penetrate fiber, energy, vitamins, calcium, protein to my food. This will help me to fight those sickness or diseases. I hate to be sick and it can take me for days to just recover.
