Make about: 4 cupcakes size
Ingredients A:
1 Egg
95g Unflavoured oil
80g brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp banana essence
Ingredients B:
125g overly ripe banana, mashed
Ingredients C:
75g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method:
- Preheat oven, 160c at 10 minutes.
- Get ready for all the ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients A, B, And C in a bowl by hand. Use a regular whisk or spatula to combine. Once it combines and smoothes, then stop mixing.
- Pour the batter to a cupcake tin. Fill about 2/3 portion of the tin. It will rises.
- Bake under convection mode 160c at 40-45 minutes or until it’s done.
- Once a toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean, then it’s done!

Tips :
- This recipe is a small portion batter as it’s just two of us, so we don’t consume a lot. You can double or triple the recipe if you want to make more.
- If possible, try not to switch the brown sugar to regular sugar because the texture of brown sugar will be most suitable for this recipe.
