I bought my first Air-Fryer about 2 years ago, since then I never regret buying this. It’s much easier to cook using air-fryer, its use less oil or no oil at all. Definitely, a healthier way to eat your food.

So, I have tried multiple recipes using air-fryer and one of my favourite is this Air Fryer Chicken Wing. It’s doesn’t take a lot of time to cook food using air fryer. And normally, I will marinate the chicken wing overnight and take out in the morning before cook it during lunch.

One thing to keep in mind, the chicken wing will have cripsy texture after cooked or while it hot. But, once it cool down the skin will become soggy, so eat it as soon as you can.

Air Fryer Recipes | Air Fryer Chicken Wing | Air Fryer Grilled Chicken Wings | Air Fryer Food is so easy!

Ingredients:
8 chicken wings
1.50 tbsp Oyster sauce
3/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1.50 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 egg
A few dash of ground white pepper

Method:
1. Wash and pat dry chicken wings.

2. Marinate with :-
1.50 tbsp Oyster sauce
3/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1.50 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 egg
A few dash of ground white pepper
Tip: If you’re going to marinate overnight, do not add the egg. Add the egg the next day.

3. Mix well all the ingredients. Marinate at least 30mins.

4. Pre-heat air fryer, 200c @ 5 mins.

5. Air fry into 2 batches for better result at 200c @ 15-18mins.

6. Serve while is hot as the chicken wing’s skin will be crunchy to eat.
