Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese Cheese

When i miss so much of spaghetti and do not have the fresh ingredient in hand, this is my way of getting the decent spaghetti.

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese is my lazy recipe for all of you out there. Yeah, we have our lazy recipe, at least i do. Sometimes, with work and family, there are so much things to do. I think it is alright to have a cheat day, at least for us who cook almost everyday.

It is so simple to prepare and i know you will agree with me once you make this.Not only it is easy but delicious too.

One thing that will make different in this recipe is the mozzarella cheese, please go and get a good mozzarella cheese. If you go with the cheap cheese, you might as well do not top with it. Just serve with Parmesan cheese.

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese Cheese

Serve : 4-5 Person

Ingredients:
1 chicken Breast ( Minced) / 200gram Chicken Minced
1 can of Button Mushroom, Sliced
2 can of Prego Spaghetti Tomato Sauce
2 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( Buy a good mozzarella cheese)
500gram spaghetti pasta
1 can of water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Some Pepper

For Cooking Pasta :
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt

Serve with Parmesan, Optional

Method:
1. Fill a large pot three-quarters of the way up and bring to boil.
2.Add the spaghetti and cook according to packet instruction.
3.You want to cook your pasta until it is al dente.
4.Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp salt. It took me 13 mins to cook.
5.Put a wok/saucepan on a meium heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
6.Add minced chicken and stir.
7.Add some water.
8. Add Prego spaghetti tomato sauce.Stir!!
9. Add 1 can of water.
10.Add mushroom.
11.Taste your sauce.
12.Add 1 tsp salt. But, depend on your preference.
13.Some pepper.
14.Stir and lower your heat to simmer.
15.Drain spaghetti water and tip the spaghetti back into the pot.
16.Ladle out the sauce into spaghetti pot.Mixed well.
17.Transfer the spaghetti to a bowl.
18.Add some mozarella cheese on top.
19. Microwave for one min or until the cheese melt.
20. Serve with Some Parmesan Cheese.

Enjoy while still hot!
