Imagine you’re on a beach in Bali, and sipping your Indonesia avocado shake, you can smell the fresh air of the ocean blowing on your face and skin. You can smell the salt from the ocean so close and the waves crashing onto the shore with a rhythm that calms your heart and soul.
I wish every morning could start like that. But hey… I might not have the Bali beach or the ocean wind, but I do have this creamy and delicious Indonesia Avocado Shake.
This avocado shake is by far my favourite drink in the entire world, Yeah! I’m serious. I’m falling in love to this avocado shake when I went to Bali, Indonesia a few years back. It’s so so good!
It tastes sweet, cold, rich, creamy and it just slurped through a straw and when you finish, you ask for more. I can have 2 glasses of this and call of the day. I’m so in love with this.
The avocado creaminess is enough to make this as rich and creamy as any other milkshake, but healthier, besides making it was so easy you just blend most of the ingredients until smooth. This avocado shake usually served with chocolate syrup adorning the side of the glass. I know! It’s crazy. Chocolate and avocado? But, who knew chocolate and avocado would go so well together? Perfect for starting your day.
I know you’ll hook, wanting to make this again and again. Try it today and let me know what you think.

Indonesia Avocado Shake
Serves: 2-3 person
2 ripe Avocados
4- 5 tablespoon Sweetened Condensed Milk
ice crushed as much as desired
1. Cut the avocados in half, take out the seed and scoop the flesh into the blender.
2. Blend avocados, 200ml milk and sweet condensed milk.
3. In the serving glasses, pour chocolate syrup on the side of glass. Let it drip down.
4. Pour in the avocado blend.
Tips: This Avocado Shake will be a dense shake, just the way I like it. If you like it to be less thick, then just add more milk or ice.
