Air fryer Grilled Chicken Wings

Any Chicken Wings fan out there? Today, I’m going to show you how I make my own version Grilled Chicken Wing. It’s not difficult. Just a little bit mix and match of ingredients that’s how easy it is. I’m using air fryer to grill the wings, but you can always use an oven to cook this too.

Chicken wings are composed of three part -Do you know what they called?
1. Drumette ( Look like chicken drumstick part)
2. Wingette/Flat ( The middle part)
3. Tip ( Pointy part)

I bought this chicken wing RM1.00/ USD0.23 per piece, and it was considered cheap here. So, without further ado here is my recipe.

 

Air fryer Grilled Chicken Wings

Serves: 4 persons

Ingredients:
6 pcs Chicken Wings

Chicken Wing Marinade:
1 cloves shallots (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Method:
1. Cut chicken wing to 3 parts, drummette, wingette and tip.

2. Marinate chicken wing with:-
1 cloves shallots (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp sesame oil

3. Put in the fridge overnight.

4. Next day, take out the chicken wings from fridge one hour before grilling.

5. I’m using air-fryer. Here is the instruction.
a. Pre-heat 180c for 10 mins.
b. Cook chicken wing in 2 batches. The first batch is wing drummettes. The second batches are wingettes and tips.
c. Cook wing drummettes 180c for 12 mins.
d. Wingettes and tips for 180c @ 10 mins.

6. Enjoy with rice or in my case with egg noodle. To get the recipe of my dry egg noodle, just simply follow the wan tan noodle recipe.
